Every time I come in to this store I tell myself never to return. Well, I returned this week as I needed something and it was convenient. Again, a mistake. Worst customer service. Not friendly. Not knowledgable. Not even a hello or thank you. Why don't you hire someone who cares (unless this lady is the owner, in that case, she should stay behind closed doors and not interact with people and hire someone to do her transactions for her). Awful. Rude.
Worst customer service ever
I’d give zero stars if I could. I have a client with autism, who enjoys looking at their products. He took a seat on the floor, quiet and not in the way at all. The woman in the store told us that because she had ’other’ clients in the store, we needed to leave. ABLIST AND RUDE!!!
