Stelios is a legend. My husband and I have been going to him for dietician advice for 6 months and continue to see consistent results. He is always friendly and supportive, and we look forward to our monthly visit! Stelios has taught us so much about health and how our bodies process different foods. It is an education that will help us for the rest of our lives. Well worth a visit.
Stelios was very knowledgeable and supportive on trialling the elimination diet. It was helpful receiving written recipes and ideas to get the process started. Great to find someone who provoded much more than just the food pyramid. He was always on time and I received text reminders of appointments which is always helpful. Overall I would recommend this service.
