She was able to recommend a product that will help me achieve my fitness goals. I was extremely impressed by how knowledgeable she was about all of the products in the store. Nothing but great things I can say about this place! The staff is very knowledgeable about products and they do not try to get you to purchase new items just to make a buck. They truly care about your well being and health and help you reach the goals that you want to obtain. I will ONLY be going to this store to get all my supplement and dietary needs! Unlike the big box stores, every employee I've encountered here knows the details of the products stocked. They are able to make educated recommendations after listening to you about your needs, wants, preferences. Also love that they are locally owned and involved with the Nashville community. A+ customer service!
I moved out of state and called them to see if they would still ship me my supplements. Not only did they ship them, they sent me a note thanking me with it. No matter where I move I'll continue to order through them. Having worked in retail for 10+ years, I can say without a doubt they have some of the best customer service I've ever encountered. Great supplements, quality clean ingredients, very friendly knowledgeable staff, I've been in the fitness industry for a while now and there's no other supplement store better than Mid10 Nutrition. By far my favorite nutrition company ever! I live in Memphis but will only buy through them. They are always so nice, always responsive, so knowledgeable and I always get the nicest notes in my deliveries. Kurt is the best! I have never met him but been ordering from him for years now and feel like he's my buddy! � Definitely recommend doing all your nutrition shopping here. I'll never go anywhere else!
