It has been exciting to be a part of such an amazing group of people. They are very supportive and encouraging. I have been able to get rid of 7.8 lbs in just 3 weeks. I couldn't have done it without the help of everyone at Nutrition Expression. I feel more energized, focused and all around more healthy.
The ladies are great that are coaches. If you have a question they will help you out. The cardio drumming is a great work out. Thanks ladies for your help.
The ladies that work here are so helpful and fun. The cardio drumming is amazing too! It's energizing and envigorating. The shakes are simple to make, yummy & affordable. Great experience all around!!
