Fantastic!! – I saw Jennifer because I could not lose the weight I wanted on the diets I was trying. I'm not on a diet anymore. She taught me how to eat so that I could lose weight. The best part is that I'm not starving (like on past diets). I now eat good foods and can still enjoy those "bad foods" once in a while. I'm able to maintain my goal weight now and feel great.
