Lost 25 lbs plus energy galore
Maria is amazing. At first when I started going, it was a lot of information, and hard to understand. When she worked with me, she helped me with making the right choices in food and understanding a diet that works for me. Since I started seeing her, she assisted me in losing weight and also helping me with my diabetes. I feel healthy, lowered my A1C, and now understanding how to read food labels. She is patient and understanding and makes the visit enjoyable. Keep up the good work!
My entire experience has been amazing. This journey started with not knowing what to expect from seeing a nutritionist, to being presented with new information & ideas on how to make lifestyle changes .Now making healthy choices & decisions I hope to carry with me for a very long time.
