Chef Chris is AMAZING! We desperately want him to move to Reno and be our weekly Chef! His soups, sauces, and dressings are always wonderful, and the way he can bring out flavor in everything with his use of spices is always extra special. We love this guy!
Chef Chris is a true chef in every way. He mixes and matches flavors and presents food in a masterful and culinarily delightful way. I have had the pleasure of eating several amazing dishes in his repertoire (vegan and SOS free so all healthy!) and I’m never disappointed. His curries are homemade and delicious, his stuffed peppers are to die for and his soups are wonderfully flavorful. I met the chef at the Eat to Live retreat and I loved his nutrious and delicious meals with lots of vegetables, fruits, nuts and beans. Also his cooking classes are very informative and entertaining. I can only recommend this exceptional chef.
