RecommendedI have been going to nutrishop for about a year and a half. I have lost 70 pounds and have gone from being able to run about 50 meters to running 6 miles. They never pressured me into any products, but informed me about which products were best for my goals. Now that I've reached my weight loss goal they are working with me on my muscle goals. In less than a month I'm running my first ever obstacle races, and I'd never have dreamed of that before. I would definitely recommend coming in and just talking to the staff.
