For excellent nutrition and fitness advice and products look no further! The staff is great and always very attentive to their customers. I commute to this place and its well worth the drive! All the staff is fantastic. During most of my visits I've been assisted by Cristian, whose story to fitness is remarkable! I highly recommend this shop to all!

I went in yesterday and asked a few questions. The staff appeared to be very helpful and knowledgeable about their products, along with what I would benifit from. They suggest that you don't purchase protein powder unless you know exactly what flavor you want and had no problem giving me a sample. Great advise

I LOVE their body scan. It's a great tool to check out if you plan decreasing your body fat and increasing your muscle mass! Forget the number the weight scale! Get a body scan and see where you stand! ;) Oh yeah, the dudes working there are pretty chill. Too bad I don't know their names. Other than that, I like the variety of fitness nutrition they have in stock. :D
