It’s just the beginning and Elizabeth has been great! It’s flow through and adjustments.
Working with Barbara has been great. She’s helped to narrow the focus of all the noise regarding food and how I should be eating. We are still early in my journey but it has made it a lot easier to tackle with her by my side.
