It was one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever had. From the min I walked in I felt unwelcome and could tell she didn’t want me there. Then came the massage part - she set a timer- showed it to me and then proceeded to rub lotion on my leg like it was an application- no pressure at all I was left with cuticles - all around bad experience Would not recommend I should have read the reviews!!!!!!

Literally every toe nail is un even dirt left under my toe nails! Made her remove the polish as it was so sloppy I would rather go without. Horrible experience. I told her my feelings and then she argued with me for twenty minutes to the point the only other customers experience was ruined too! I offered to wait for another employee to fix the work although the only other employee stood up from his current appt to yell at me that I didn’t tell them soon enough about the the mistakes. I received the worse pedicure I’ve ever had. I expressed to her I was unhappy and how to solve the problem. Ex: file my nails even and paint even. She argued with me for over ten minutes and I said please take the polish off I want to leave. She then wanted me to pay full price so I said I’d wait for a re do from another employee. The only other employee stood up and yelled at me for over five minutes to the point I start recording him. He said I didn’t tell her soon enough about the mistakes so I have to pay still.
