We couldn't figure out the self guided tour as we're over 60. So we stopped in the office to inquire. Never got a greeting. Asked if there are units without a lot of stairs involved. She said no they all have stairs so we left with no further discussion then we drove around and saw many apartments that would have been appropriate for us. I may try again.

You're lease is up and you want to move out with a 37 day notice? NOPE. They're gonna charge you double what you're year lease was and then charge you that for month to month. And then, if you like parking your car in a parking lot after it snows? NOPE. that 18inches of snow is still blocking 6 parking spots in back. Pictures of that will be to come. The new property manager is incompetent day two into a blizzard and the lease office is closed and have neglected their responsibilities as a landlord and property manager legally by local ordinance to shovel and sand sidewalks parkinglots and entranceways by local city ordinances which demand snow removal in within a specific time frame failing to do this a safety concern and liability issue if a tenant slips or falls and injured themselves for their lack of responsibilities so instead I had to shovel our walkway twice and ... read more
