Getting a hold of somebody at this clinic is impossible. They never answer the phone and they never call you back when you leave a message. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a hold of somebody when you need a prescription filled. Very unprofessional and inconsistent. But I bet they’ll comment on this review instead of calling back
I have been a client for about 7 years with Marissa. She is a wonderful clinician. It is not always easy to find someone who makes you feel comfortable and heard, she is that person. I have never had an issue getting in contact with her or her staff when I needed any type of refill, appointment reminders or crisis. I highly recommend.
The most unprofessional woman to ever walk the earth. Does not answer clients back or properly manage medication. Would rather her clients go insane and take their own lives then do her job. Absolutely ridiculous I hope she loses her license to practice and is never allowed in any type of health environment again. Disgusting. ( I may have never been a patient but my family member is and is currently in crisis due to your negligence!
