Quite disappointed after being a patient for probably over a decade. I moved & had to see a new provider & the experience was apples to oranges. When I moved back I returned but it was evident things aren’t how they really should be here. My next pair of glasses with this practice were awful, and then the way it was handled made me feel like they thought I was making it up. Grateful to have been cared for by Dr. Elena for over 10 years. My vision has actually improved and my headaches have subsided significantly. She has always been attentive, caring, and incredibly helpful. I also really appreciate everyone in the office. They are always kind and helpful when it comes time to schedule appointments and pick out new frames, and their selection is great. Having been a patient here for the better part of a decade I can confidently say that the professionalism, courtesy, and respect I experienced was second to none. Dr. Vitenzon, while meticulous in her work and warm in personality, possesses another quality that supersedes all others: she cares. I easily “see” myself coming here for another decade… or two.
I have been bringing my children and myself to Nutley Vision for many years. Dr. Elena is thorough, professional and attentive and her staff is patient and very helpful. Due to an insurance change I had to go elsewhere for 2 years and as soon as my insurance allowed me to get back to Nutley Vision, I went back! I highly recommend this eye care facility to anyone looking for a personal, thorough optometrist.
