Bad and snotty service, I went into the store today to check out a pump for my pool. First my wife asked the young sales guy about a pump for our intex pool, she was told in a very snotty way "we do not sell pumps for Intex pools" and when she asked why his only response was "because we don't". At this point I got off a phone call I was on and asked the same sales guy because it seemed odd a sales person would be so rude while we were looking to buy a pump. BOUGHTBIG ABOVE GROUND POOL, HAD A LEAK ON FIRST DAY. THEY SENT POOL SERVICE, WOULD NOT REPLACE LINER ONLY PATCHED. BRAND NEW POOL! HAD POOL SERVICE CLOSE POOL FOR SEASON, WHEN OPENED THIS YEAR, ALL AROUND LEDGES BADLY SCRATCHED UP. NO REPSONSE TO OUR LETTERS FROM THEM OR THE POOL SERVICE COMPANY. WOULD NEVER USE THEM!
They have excellent service during and before the sale, and they are very knowledgeable about their products, but service is very poor after delivery. Particularly if you live outside of the Essex County area. Don't expect a return call when you need service, there is no follow up, and IF the service guy does show up, he shows up when he feels like it, they don't give you an ETA so you're stuck waiting all day. So close to home it's like going food shopping. So friendly they make you feel like you've known them for years! Really a great place for pool supplies and spa equipment. Very knowledgeable people, haven't stumped them on a question yet lol
