Staff is really snarky and rude. Especially the heavy blonde woman. You ask her a simple question and she acts like you're asking her for her mone in her pocket lol. Also the prices used to be good.... Now it's really jacked up like crazzzy. Things you could buy new for same price or more. I'd look into if it's actually non for profit.
Nutley Family Service Bureau has one of the best thrift stores in the area. Always great prices and definitely can’t leave empty handed.
I am not happy that they gave me such a hard time matching me with a new therapist. I was extremely patient for a long time. After about a year of trying to switch, I ended up being told they’d get back to me and I ended up with no one…This was during a very difficult period in my life. I don’t want to deter anyone from seeking help here because there are good therapists, however if you feel like it’s not working out with your mental health therapist for whatever reason, please advocate for yourself and don’t let anyone make... read more
