Where do I start. I just love everything and everyone at Nutfield Eye. We are always treated with respect at each visit. From the front desk ladies to all who work closely with Dr. Lamy. They always have a big smile and personality. Frankly, I think Dr. Lamy did an excellent job hiring the person in HR to do the hiring. Everyone’s personality is different but great. It’s a perfect match for the Derry Office. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. God bless each and everyone of them. Luc & Kate G 🙏❤️
Very nice experience, everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable. The office staff were effective in getting me in as soon as possible to see the doctor. The office and equipment were clean and comfortable, the test were done with accuracy. Dr Lamby took time to explain what was happening with my eyes currently and next steps down the road. An excellent experience, definitely would recommend.
A few months ago I came in as a first time patient because I had Shingles in my eye. They got me an appointment the same day I was diagnosed and have followed up with me very closely ever since. Dr. Lamy has always been thorough, taken the time to explain everything as well as answer any questions I’ve ever had. He has been diligent in treating my eye for Shingles so I don’t have lasting effects, and doing everything he can to make me comfortable along the way. The person who answered the phone was phenomenal. I had not been seen for ten years and she was resourceful and kind. They were able to see me within 24 hours for an appointment. The front office staff was attentive, not sitting looking at their computer. Dr.Lamy explained what he thought was causing my problem and the options to fix it, very thorough. This was "old school" medical care, the way it should be!
Dr Lamy is awesome have been a patient for many years. I have Glaucoma when I needed cataract surgery he was able to put stints in both eyes now my pressures are great and don’t need drops at this time. He is very thorough will continue to be a patient for years to come.
