Nutfield Associates do not follow simple HIPAA rules- I was charged for an exam that they didn’t do and then they sold me lenses that I didn’t ask for That’s an extra $80 Then they had to refund me $56 Because they didn’t use my insurance initially because they said they gave me a better rate without it . Lies ! As usual, the staff was very pleasant and efficient. Dr Lamy was also pleasant to deal with and took the time to explain the test results as well as discuss personal experiences. Felt very confident that the appointment was thorough and informative.
Doctor Wong was great but I was unhappy with the front desk. I called previously to make sure they took my insurance. They said yes and I waited a month for my appointment to come in and find out they don’t. It was a simple mistake and an unexpected cost but I feel like Dr. Wong made up for it. She made me feel comfortable and I really appreciated that.
Very friendly staff all around. The Dr did her job and didn't push any extra procedures to make an extra $500 off me like Spindel. Very pleased with this office! I will definitely be back. Oh and she actually made my contacts the correct script so I can see. Not a slightly weaker version like Spindel did!
Went in for a routine exam and contact lens exam. Dr Wong was polite and efficient. We finished quickly with some friendly banter. Jess(? Sorry if I forgot!) helped me look at my options for maximizing my insurance benefits. She took the time to show me the various upgrades for my glasses lenses. I've never gotten any of this, but the demo was compelling with easy to understand pros and cons. Decided to get fully tricked out lenses this time. Great team.
