Our home warranty company, Choice, put out a service request and this company picked up the lead. The appointment was set for 3 - 8pm today. We called Nutex yesterday to confirm and left a message. No return call and no show today.
Ryan did a great job, would definitely hire this company again solely based upon his great service and workmanship. Quality work at affordable prices is not easy to come by these days. Highly recommend Ryan.
Nutex Mechanical came out to my house to provide a second opinion as part of an ongoing home warranty service request after another Plumbing company (Evolution Plumbing of Plano, TX) had failed to accurately and completely fix a leak from my upstairs bathroom dripping into my kitchen over 4 painstaking separate appointments. This was assigned by my home warranty company when there was a water leak through air return . There technician came to fixed the issue and broke our HVAC so air conditioning stopped working. When we called their office , the lady who’s responsible for such cases was very rude . She was lying all through out that she was not aware of this , and that she called and left us a voicemail. Robert and his men are the reason I didn't have to wait another day without water. When my own home warranty company, First American Home Warranty, dropped the ball in communication and lacked the urgency to remediate the delayed delivery problem, Nutex picked up the unit themselves to avoid further delays.
