Messed up our food order and then coffee orders must have been lost as they took >20 minutes (an espresso macchiato and a small filtered coffee, yes a filtered coffee took >20 minutes). Absolutely disappointing, staff were completely clueless and incompetent. Management were rude, obnoxious and their behavior was appalling. The macchiato was average, and that's me being tolerable.
