This company is an honorable company because their technician, daniel, troubleshooted with me over the phone as to why my furnace was not working. The temperatures were down to single digits last night and it was only getting worse over the next couple of days. He was kind enough to help me fix this over the phone. I will always use their services moving forward for that fact alone.

lied about calling my warentee company requesting authorization for a repair . theee times they told me they requested authorization for $8 toilet fill valve , and did t get it . i’ve had the warentee company for 15 years they tell me no request was received. they also said the hallway toilet was fine . i said of course it is , the other toilet was in the basement per the work order that was sent to you . . these guys are idiots . sorry to have to be blunt . i’m a 60 year old mechanical engineer that’s owned that house for m... read more

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with New Tech HVAC and Plumbing. My appointment was scheduled for a timeframe between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM. No one showed up during that window. I called the company at 1:00 PM, and Morris told me the technician was just running late and would be there by 1:30–2:00. Still, no one came. I called again at 3:00, and was told there had been an “accident” but the technician was on the way. Terrible!!! They reported that our heating element in our 5 year old water heater was rusted to the warranty company. They didn't even look at the element. They just took a photo of the model number. Go elsewhere!!! They are obviously in cahoots with the warranty company. Very crooked business!
