This office is a joke of an office! I saw Inna Stresz their nurse, she seemed nice, the consultation took 10-15 minutes. My previous Oncologist who I can no longer see due to insurance changes had sent all my medical records to them a month before my consultation. Why did I think they would review them before hand?! They did not! Had she learned a little about my case our conversation could have gone smoother and to the point. This is very common practice in lazy clinics, I've noticed. As a new patient doing a transfer of care from another Oncologist the PA to a long time to learn my entire diagnosis. She ordered labs and requested medical records. She was also able to get a great turnaround time for a follow up appointment. Their lobby is small but peaceful the beautiful aquarium was a wonderful distraction.
First time I met Dr Rita, she discussed the results of the 2 tests then ordered another blood test. I appreciate if they let me know the results right away, good or bad.
