While Dr Ruegsegger has always been really polite to me & I’ve had no issues making appointments I just don’t feel that she listens or is in fine with me. I’ve started seeing a new provider. It doesn’t matter what I’m being seen for, after a certain point she just stops listening and starts talking about plant based eating. While I have zero issues with plant based eating/dieting it’s not going to cure my plantar fasciitis, my anxiety or depression that stems from postpartum depression, or my insomnia. Her books are always full (I’m talking 6 months out for a well visit), it takes weeks to get a prescription filled, and she never responds to MyChart messages. I’m just thankful my health issue isn’t life or death. Go anywhere else for better care.
Unprofessional , always late , you could be left for an hour or more in a small room until they remember about you , however if you come 5 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule No respect to patients Her assistant Scott is rude and aggressive There are many choices out there
