Terrible Service – Every time I go back, I keep thinking I'll experience something new maybe better. Yet still not convinced. I leave the place feeling cheated of my money's worth and worse of all terrible service! The food is not even good. I think to myself the several times I've gone there, it was just luck of the draw or the cook had a bad day? The pho noodle was bland-like someone just kept adding water to the original soup. Everything here is just wonderful and full of flavor. Try the Cashew Chicken...yummy...with sticky rice
The pad thai is awesome, best in town.
My husband and I regularily went to Nut Pob when we lived in Des Moines. We have since moved and miss it very much. Their Pad Thai was to die for. The service was slow but the food made up for it in spades!
Nut Pob Restaurant Inc is wonderful. Nut Pob is, hands-down, my favorite Thai restaurant in Des Moines, Their spring rolls (served cold) are easily the best I've ever had, and the rest of their food is excellent, as well.
