This office is soooo old and outdated. The staff for the most part is extremely rude and unprofessional. Doctor does not wear gloves when drawing blood. He thinks joking will make up for the ridiculous wait times why he takes personal calls and makes plans. He will also taken other calls from nursing homes and hospital while drawing my blood and/ or taking my blood pressure. He will keep you waiting for HOURS while he meets with drug reps and chats.

Was this doctor's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this doctor's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Would you recommend this doctor to others? This office violates HIPPA. My information was given out without my consent and when I called to get to the bottom of it Sandy the head supervisor was very rude and hung the phone up on me. This office is very unprofessional and a disgrace. I will NEVER return to this office. They clearly don’t know the law and respect their patient’s confidentiality! 0 Stars

Dr. Jack is the best! I am someone who is very nervous about going to the doctor but he always makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. He's a smart funny guy who I trust with anything!

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Not at all, they were ridiculous! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much. Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions
