Delta with parts department a few times they really don't seem like they know parts
I had waited inside to return something for my husband, no one to be seen anywhere. Stepped outside to grab the part to return, came back in, finally someone at the counter. Looks at me, no acknowledgement and answers the phone. When I asked if I could just go down to service to return the part, she actually rolled her eyes and said she's on the phone.
