I had waited inside to return something for my husband, no one to be seen anywhere. Stepped outside to grab the part to return, came back in, finally someone at the counter. Looks at me, no acknowledgement and answers the phone. When I asked if I could just go down to service to return the part, she actually rolled her eyes and said she's on the phone. Had a minor breakdown and Brian helped me today. Nothing but an INCREDIBLE experience with him. Got me in right away and treated me incredibly fair. Nowadays as a trucker it’s tough. Everyone worries more about the almighty dollar than they do getting the truck back on the road. I will ALWAYS now be a Nuss fan and actually want to buy from them when I’m ready
