I am leaving this review because of the experience my mother had with this doctor. Unfortunately, she was not treated appropriately, and I strongly believe that the language barrier played a role in the way she was handled. My mother had extremely abnormal lab results—results that, given her diagnosis, were very serious and required urgent attention. Worst PCP and Assitant to ever go to. Please don't go.
August 28 my very first appointment. Dr Shafi was amazing, I felt seen and heard regarding my medical concerns
Prescribed blood pressure medicine. Took it for 18 months found out from another doctor that I should have never been put on blood pressure as I do not have high blood pressure. Go figure… Glad I left. One star is two high!
I enjoyed my visit today and has made her my PCP. She explained everything to me and heard my concerns. Thank you
