Chiro Brett Mason was very unprofessional yesterday. He called me and said ‘You better never call here again and tell my employee you are going file a lawsuit’. Rather than listen to the problem on hand he took a very unprofessional stance talking down to me and encouraging me to “I’d like to see you try and sue us”. He was cocky, arrogant and beyond defensive. What happened was my husband called to cancel his agreement because after his last visit in October he was injured by the adjustment he performed on him. I found NuSpine on ClassPass and wanted to give them a try. I got here early for my appointment and they were extremely accommodating and willing to help. The entire process was smooth and seamless. They did a phenomenal job at explaining things and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Brett Mason was awesome! I had a very positive experience and intend on coming back! If you’re looking for a chiropractic spot, this is the place in Oceanside!
