Excellent Customer Service, overall positive experience, shout out to Ruben who took his time to make sure all my questions were answered when I expressed interest over purchasing a print machine. I purchased a Stitch s500 from NuSign and we have had several issues with it and there is no support or even return calls from from NuSign, Tony/Wid. They will take your order, but will not provide customer service, follow-up and have not been a good partner.
I’ve bought from so many sign suppliers and by far Nusign’s costumer service is the best. From friendly costumer service to friendly delivery, Very nice people, and great to make business with them. I had to leave a review they very well deserve it. Thank you guys!
Sherley was extremely helpful in guiding us through picking the best materials for printing, she was patient and very knowledgeable of all the media we needed to get us started in our business.
