Took our deposit for microneedling , completey stopped answering the phone and the location is closed . I dont know what to do, stay away from nush skincare. I lost $900 for nothing

My boyfriend and I had a splendid time at Nush. We were able to secure same day appointments. Natasha did his, and Abi did her big one on me. We left with all smiles as the experience truly exceeded our expectations!
The custom facial is very affordable but you kinda get what you pay for. My aesthetician Abida was very curt and unwilling to give skincare tips beyond telling me to get more facials and deep pore cleansing. She also put an acne treatment mask on my irritated skin without asking, and had no answer when I asked what the active ingredients were. The products irritated my sensitive skin even more and led to more breakouts in the days after. Will not be returning.
I went here for the first time yesterday for an express hydrafacial with dermaplaning and had an amazing, relaxing, and educational experience with Ali. She explained the process well and also gave me recommendations. Immediately after leaving my skin felt lighter and looked glowy. I will definitely be back.
