I had a microneedling treatment and was sold a mini cream for $20 as an aftercare product. The provider pretended to check the price before selling it to me. When I got home, I realized it was actually a free sample. I found that quite dishonest and disappointing.

I’ve held off on writing this review for a long time, partly because I wanted to be fair and give my skin enough time to heal, but also because I don’t enjoy writing negative reviews for small business owners. I visited this salon several times for a hydrafacial with extractions, which gave me nice results, so I decided to trust Zeinab with a serious skin concern. This was a huge mistake. EDIT: not a fake review in the slightest, as evidenced by the transfer image. Always be mindful of responses where the owner says it’s fake because they don’t like the unfavourable review. She is not personable or friendly, and the after effects of the facial were horrible. Nothing but dryness and sensitivity.
