I got my first super short haircut here last year! 💕 It was a lovely experience. I’m happy they let my ESA dog stay with me while I got my haircut. I had a great experience with Thanh today, love the haircut and coloring. Definitely recommend as she did a great job.
Extremely disrespectful, completely ruined my hair by cutting it all off instead of a few inches and burning my hair with perm they weren’t supposed to use. Then told me they couldn’t fix it because they didn’t know what to do. Mocked my mom when she told them to fix it and laughed in her face until she left. Don’t come here, they’re extremely unprofessional

My friend went to get a haircut and soft perm and poor thing it was, without a doubt, the worst hair experience of her life. She went in expecting a professional service, and instead, they completely butchered her hair. She asked for one thing, and they did something entirely different—leaving her with fried, brittle, and lifeless hair that feels like straw.
