I am reporting the issue of a specific staff member, other than them when I visit I am satisfied. This member has thick glasses and works at the front desk, they are very rude and unenthusiastic. They really need a performance improvement plan, because this person has zero respect for customers.

I was recommended this provider after delivering my daughter at Medical City Center, I had in fact chosen another provider and at discharge staff insisted I chose Dr. Islam. With this recommendation in mind I expected a high quality of care. Upon walking in you are not greeted but ignored, if you stand politely at the service window/front desk you are continually ignored by a staff member who can clearly see you but continues to look at a computer screen with zero acknowledgement of having walked through the front door. We were here today for my newborn son’s first checkup. The whole office doesn’t look like a pediatric clinic at all, by contrast, it’s more like a morgue. Front staff is so cold, I wonder they ever know how to smile, and the chairs in patients room is tearing apart, I used the restroom and trash can was full and used paper towel were overflowing. My children have been seeing this Dr. for 10yrs and I'm not sure where it started to go wrong. I have called and asked to get a phone call from the Dr twice now with no call. I honestly do not even think his staff has told him my daughter came in to have a urine test. Getting the results was insane.
