I applied for a breast pump online, was later emailed by Nikki (Breast Pump Program Lead) and we verified my insurance information. She told me with her experience, my pump would be ONE HUNDRED PERCENT covered. I place my order, receive the pump and then 2 months later receive an almost $300 bill. Incredible lactation services and supply store! Lauren at the Tukwila location was so kind and spent time talking us through an issue for some pump parts we didn’t even purchase from them. We will make this place our breastfeeding go-to from now on.
Compared to the Poulsbo location, I was quite disappointed. Their selection of merchandise was very small and I didn’t feel as though the store was able to meet my needs.
