I don't think there is enough space to say how grateful I am to have connected with Jhay. She's very patient and even though I've had some challenges on my journey, she always treats me with respect and keeps me accountable (which is what my stubborn self needs). If you are looking for a coach who will be honest with you, as well as give you the tools and encourage to reach your goals, stop wasting time and contact her today.
I would consider Jhay more of a life coach than only a nutritionist because she has helped me in so many aspects of my life. Since working with her, I've lost weight and gained a new-found happiness/confidence!
Jhay is a very dedicated, understanding and passionate coach. I absolutely love all her tips and how she let go of the reigns a bit as I felt more comfortable with the process. It helps so much that she's been overweight herself, so she can empathize with me whenever I struggle. Trust me, she won't disappoint.
