I couldn’t not write a review in case someone finds themselves in my situation. 41 weeks pregnant a week away from an induction with several other stretching approaches and eating mountains of dates not working. I saw Dr. Merkel once on Saturday, so lucky she could squeeze me in. My baby was born Sunday at 9 am. Prior to the appointment there were no signs it would happen. I’m eternally grateful! Only wish I had started treatment sooner.

Nurture Wellness has been such a gift in my life! Dr. Merkel is an unbelievably compassionate provider who is able to adapt her interventions to your unique needs. Administrative needs are smooth and easy. A must go to for acupuncture!

I started going to Nurture a few weeks ago after learning my baby was breech at a 29 week ultrasound and struggling on and off with round ligament pain. The chiropractic treatments have helped greatly with my tight ligaments and lower back pain. I also started getting acupuncture from her and while I was a bit hesitant to try it, I found it so relaxing that I fell right to sleep !
