RecommendedI absolutely love this place, it is welcoming and I always leave relaxed and feeling strong in mind and body! For someone that has a lot of weight to lose, I never ever feel uncomfortable. So many other places I did....if you haven’t been to a class, I highly recommended it!
I had a wonderful opportunity to bring my class to this studio and take a class with Kristen. She was kind, supportive and taught a wonderful class of basics to my students who are differently abled. Everyone was able To participate as Kristen walked us through a yoga class and adaptations that made it easier for many of us to participate. It was clear that Kristen has a passion and love for yoga, her studio and her community. Namaste 🙏
This little yoga studio is my new little gem of a place! The instructor Brenda is warm and compassionate. Her yoga practice is very mindful and purposeful. It helps me to be more aware of myself in my daily life as a massage therapist. Classes have meaning that I can reflect back to weeks later. You go at your pace and she doesn't push. No egos here. It makes me feel comfortable and wanting to continue coming!
Exactly what I needed. A peaceful place to stretch and center myself. The staff is friendly and no matter your level, they are great.
I love Angies warm flow Yoga classes. I have learned so much about quality of form during classes. Thank you.
