Be ready for painfully long wait times for each step of the appointment. They make sure to let you know you will be charged if you aren’t early for your appt but they run extremely behind. Great doctors but mentally prepare to be there 2 hours. Wish I had more local options or that they would run a better time schedule.
Unfortunately our experience with this pediatric office has been very disappointing. Communication has been poor, and it has been difficult to get timely updates or clear answers about our baby’s care. Our baby had blood drawn multiple times but we struggled to get results or explanations, which is very stressful as a parent. Wait times are also consistently very long, even with an appointment. Overall the lack of communication and organization has made this a frustrating experience.
For some reason they refuse to set an appointment for new born, I've been trying since Friday and then this morning again when I call same response, what kind of world are we living now,shame!!!
Love the doctors all listen to me and my baby and are so helpful and so greatful to everyone . The front desk personal is so welcoming and I feel like my baby is in amazing hands
