I like that Nurture offers a variety of classes and services for new families. I used their services back in March 2023 when I had my baby. The service I received was okay, but I had a strange billing experience where I was billed for the same appointment twice, one under my name and one under my baby's. They were also filed many months apart even though it was for the same appointment. I was told this was normal for their practice. I am so thankful for Nurture Lactation. Nurture was not around when I had my first baby, and being a second-time mama, I still found so much value in going to Nurture. From the second you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and a come-as-you-are attitude where truly everyone is welcome and treated with thorough care and attention. I first went to Nurture when I was about 7 months pregnant - I had a list of questions about breastfeeding and Kaleena made me feel extremely prepared! She listened to and answered every question and was very kind. She recommended coming back when my baby was about a week old, to see how he was gaining weight and for them to observe feeding and answer any other questions.
