I absolutely love Lisa at Nurtur salon. She does the best color I’ve ever had. Such an amazing artist!
While surely there are great employees and hairstylists here, this company takes advantage of its employees and tries to exploit them, which is something I can't stand behind. After my stylist left this company, I was informed they would not be able to do my hair anymore?!?! Customers are not property. Employees are not property. Do not support this money-hungry company.

I had hand tied extensions reapplied at this salon. I typically go to a salon near Cleveland since I am a student at OSU, but I had an emergency and needed a quick fix since I had an event the next day. The extensions were applied extremely wrong. My hair matted at the root which caused hair loss. I had two certified hair extension professionals look at my hair and told me I need to get my money back.
