I have a couple of questions.1 Aren't caregivers suppose to be in proper dress attire (scrubs comfortable TENNIS SHOES, not sandals or flipflops good hygiene clean hair)? 2. Are caregivers suppose to be talking or on social media platforms (fb tik tok Snapchat) while working a client? I live in a place where SERVEL residents have caregivers, and they are NOT dressed in proper attire and/or on their phones talking on them or playing games or on social media. Do not recommend nursing management they only care about themselves and not the client I've had a problem with them in the past with one of the workers that will never show and they wouldn't send a backup so I had to change agencies. That happened a year ago and then now they have some new workers that I asked to come back and they refused to take me back I was going to try to give him a second chance. So this is the reason why I say they don't care about nothing nobody but themselves.
