3/2026 1* Called and they told me thier hours. Never said I need an appointment for a sharps exchange. Drove there and found them with a sign saying only by appointment. Huh? Waste of my time. Can't speak to other things. But the sign on the door says open, but its a locked door. There were others that showed up for something too. Door was locked. Disappointing.
I have lived in the city of Schaumburg for over 15 years and the few times I used this facility, they have made me feel very bad about the way they treat me. And it is always this lady by the name of (Jordan). The first time I thought maybe she was having a bad day but no. Her rude way of speaking to me continued every time I was coming back.
