Absolutely LOVE the beautiful 10k gold RN lapel pin I ordered from Nursing Awards in Dec 2015 for my best friend's graduation. After searching online on Amazon and other sites, where all I could find were cheap plastic / metal (not real jewelry or any precious metals / stones), I thankfully found them via Google. Not only is this pin more artistically designed, it's sturdy (not thin) and came with an excellent fastener.
