My mom was transported from the hosp to a rehab facility today. She left the hospital with her pair of shoes. Being dropped off by Nurses Heart my mom now only has ONE shoe. I called Nurses Heart they did not find the other shoe. Wanting to remind everyone to please double check their loved ones belongings before leaving the Nurses Heart vehicle.
I went to this and had a covid test done. Before I went I pre registered and have an ACCU acct number. AFTER WAITING 2.5 HOURS….YES 2.5 HOURS!!!!!! I was told the results would be available online in 2-3 days. It has now been 8 days and still NO results! The website they are using doesn’t even recognize that I pre registered! I am extremely frustrated and angry! Just wanted to report what a SHAM this covid test site was.
Nurses Heart sponsored a pop up COVID vaccination site on 12/29/21 and 12/30/21. They required us to register for an account that took our personal information and medical insurance. It has now been 5 days since I was tested and none of us have received our test results. 10TV ran a story this weekend as well that stated that they’ve received a lot of complaints from others who attended and have not received their results. Thanks for sponsoring a COVID pop up event where you took our information, stabbed our nose and then lost our information or swabs or the lab you sent everything to did not do their jobs. 5 days later and NO results and the lab can't find anything. Sounds like from 10TVs news story most people have not received their results. Your company should have read their reviews before using them. They did the exact same thing at other locations and are blaming the patients and saying there was a clerical error, completely lying!!! I ... read more
