I called in a couple days ago in regards to some nursing services for my grandmother. I spoke to 2 representatives, Melissa and Tinesha who very understanding of my situation and proceeded to assist me with the best advice possible in order to resolve my issues. Even without being able to accept my grandmother’s insurance they were still kind and courteous as they advised me of the most logical next steps in finding suitable care for my grandmother. 10/10 would recommend.
Melissa and Tinesha are very helpful and courteous, they were very helpful and answered all my questions about home health for my grandma even though we don’t take her insurance.
I worked with a couple of agencies in the pass and no lie, Nurses & More is truly the best! Melissa is wonderful asset to the company. She is always available no matter what time you call. Any issue you may have she address it. Melissa has your best interest when she sends you to any location and always keeps it real. It great to have someone in the company that cares about you as a person. I always recommend Nurses & More because they are professional and most importantly they do everything electronically.
