Always a horrible wait time, always at least 45min past your appointment time bc they over book their appointment times. We have had to walk out bc its been to long and we have other appointments, and the kids are to restless. And he doesn't fully listen to parents, like we could say something but doesn't give help to manage the behavior at all.
