I miss my old team 1. It was nice working for NOC. I was just tired of the increasing demands. But it was having another family to go to. The administrator was very easy to talked to. She made things happen. Stay away from HR lady, I could not understand her position. They really need to place a nurse in that position. At least a LPN, Or bring IT into the building, find something else for her to do. She is a smart lady, but not much help.
So far the experience is Garbage. We were given a 24 hour 7 day a week phone number to call in case of issues for nurse to assist, yet it’s a Sunday and nobody answers!! This is somebody’s health we are dealing with here, there is no room for this type of BS!
Rude employees on the phone, nurses dont show up on time, and took forever. To establish care for my father. Went to Nona Home Healthcare. They're so much better.
