Incredibly wonderful experience. Nic was a doll and easy to talk with. Concerns were quickly addressed. No crazy wait times. We were able to get my son in quickly when we called for an appointment. Our son is special needs, so I always hold my breath when we have a new care provider. I was able to breathe easy thanks to Nic and actually able to enjoy watching the interaction. Literally could cry with the relief I feel right now finding someone who actually listens and takes their time. Definitely the right fit for us.
We absolutely Nurse Nic's Family Healthcare and truly can’t recommend her enough! My 4-year-old normally does NOT like doctors or other people touching him, but he is completely comfortable with her. At our last visit, he literally jumped into her arms and she spun him around like an airplane — which I think says more about how much my kids trust her than anything else I could write. Great experience. You'll know that you're in a place that truly cares about you and your family when you come here. Plus they have an expedient staff, toys for the littles, and I really appreciate how they treated my five kids like they deserve respect. Also she is clearly trying to help because she wants to help not just there to make money.
I had my first appointment with nurse Nic and she was so great! She checked me from head to toe and was very thorough and knowledgeable with answering any questions I had. I can’t recommend her enough! If you want to see someone who really listens and really cares she is the best person for you!
