I am not sure I can even express in a review how great the Clayton office of Nurse Next Door has been for our family and my parents. We started with them last July for a few times a week care, then beginning in Jan had to go to emergency 24/7 care and have continued 24/7 care since then. Not only were they on the ball with getting folks rotating through with short notice when we needed them 24/7 last minute, they were also so understanding and helpful to me as I navigated it all. We had a great small conference with Michelle in Clayton NC yesterday. It was wonderful to see how much her team cares about the community. While I haven't seen their services in action first-hand, I can attest that care is first in mind when it comes to events, the community, and their customers.
That rating is trash..they are a terrible company..communication is terrible..please don't not put you loved ones in this program if you really care about their well-being
Nurse Next Door team has been amazing with our challenging needs. They provide care for both of my parents who need help to stay at home. The caregivers are so good with them! Dementia an be challenging but everyone who has worked with them has been educated about their needs and patient and kind. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing help.
Nadia is awesome. She kept in constant communication. I even had the pleasure of her driving me home. She took great care to help me and it was definitely appreciated.
