I have worked for Nurse Next Door for over 2 years now. My experience has been amazing which is why I continue to work here. Unlike many other agencies, I have enjoyed working several hours for each patient rather than a rushed 1 hour increment between each patient. This allows a less stressful environment for both staff and patient, where each patient can benefit from more efficient and attentive care in a holistic approach.
I appreciate the open communication from management. It’s clear that there’s a genuine interest in listening to staff feedback and making improvements where necessary. This helps create an environment where everyone feels valued and heard. Overall, I’m very happy with my role and the company, and I look forward to continuing to grow with the team.
