Have tried to get help from this company numerous times in the last month for my elderly mother with cancer, however have left all kinds of messages and sent emails and get no response. Called a dozen times and no one answers the phone. This does not exactly fill me with trust and confidence with this company. I don’t have time to wait around for weeks and weeks to maybe get a response. She needs help as soon as possible. Will look elsewhere..

Used the service for 5 post surgery op visits. Nurse was on time, helpful, respectful, and helped with general household cleaning that I could not do. Would recommend the service.

I am so thankful for Nurse next door. It was an emergency to gave 24/7 for dad on a short notice. I had care provided within hours. The staff who came to be with dad was clean, pleasant and helpful. Hugest thank you to Nicole and their staff.

Care givers do enjoy flexibility working with Nurse Next Door. My interaction with clients and manager/owner has been extremly great. However, I would prefer a minimum shift schedule of 3hrs. Driving to a client for 1 hour is really not feasible.
